Job summary

Puma Investments is seeking a Client Relations Manager in London to lead day-to-day client service for investors and advisers. You will ensure accurate, timely communications across Puma’s product range and support fundraising efforts.

You will oversee escalated queries, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience. The role calls for strong AML/KYC knowledge and line-management duties.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Experience handling client queries and complaints via email and phone.
• Knowledge of financial products and AML/KYC policies.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to SLAs.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Interest in IOC/IMC within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workloads for the Client Relations team whilst meeting deadlines.
• Resolve escalated queries and complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Line management of team members including goal setting and development.
• Oversee client redemptions/transfers, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Respond to investor/adviser queries via phone, email, and post within SLAs.
• Support KYC/AML checks and maintain client records across systems.
• Contribute to training of new joiners and process improvements.
• Drive client experience initiatives and contribute to events.
