What we offer you

You get the opportunity to take ownership of one of our key business areas. You’ll be working in-person in our London HQ where you will be continuously challenged. We provide a growth-focused environment with:

  • Inspiration and guidance — closely with our high-performing team and the CEO/founder
  • Unlimited growth potential within the company — strong track record of internal promotions
  • Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas
  • Invaluable transferable skills — boost interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management skills through experience and training
Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are mostly centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our product and network
  • Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to accommodate the investment strategy of LPs
  • Support the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, which may include engaging audiences beyond our usual definition of institutional investors, such as GPs

We are strong believers in internal promotions and aim to fill management positions internally. About 45% of our people move into PE/Venture or M&A roles, underscoring the opportunities available within the company.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do
  • Possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking, building and nurturing relationships
  • Are excellent communicators (verbal and written)
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise work
