A leading renewable energy company based in London is seeking an Operational Support Coordinator to assist Investor Relations and Fund Operations. This role provides essential operational and administrative support across Investor Relations and Fund Operations for Octopus Energy Generation. It is central to ensuring that governance processes, investor onboarding, fundraising and fund administration activities run efficiently and to a high standard.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The successful candidate will be comfortable liaising with investors, fund administrators, and internal teams, handling sensitive information, and ensuring high‑quality outputs across a range of recurring and ad hoc processes.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in OE Generation where our ambition is to onboard and manage £billions of assets over the next 5 years.
This position requires an average of 3 days a week in our London office.
