Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in the UK is seeking an Associate Wealth Director to supervise Wealth Managers and ensure compliance with policies. You will handle recruitment, provide training, and support the Group Director. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in wealth management and relevant qualifications. This is a full-time role with a starting salary from $2,400 depending on experience.

  • Ability to supervise and coach Wealth Managers.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and compliance.

Associate Wealth Director

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat is 9am till 1pm)
Working Location: Alexandra
Starting Salary: From $2,400 (Depends on experience & qualifications)

Job Description:>

  • Support and report to Group Director, handle recruitment, supervise Wealth Manager and ensure the unit comply with all policies and regulations.
  • Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of Wealth Manager.
  • Build and develop through supervision, training and coaching activities.
  • Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan. The activities include conducting coaching sessions, joint field work and meetings for their Wealth Manager.
  • Prepare for coaching and meeting sessions.
  • Establish goals for the unit.
  • Attend Branch meetings, company events and training.
  • Pursue professional competence courses.
  • Ensure Wealth Manager is competent to perform the roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and develop potential Wealth Manager to assume future leadership roles.
  • Assist Group Director in the development of the Branch.

Requirements:

  • Min full A level & Local Polytechnic Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of wealth management or investment experience.
