  • Keeping the customer proposition team and wider business up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and the evolving regulatory landscape impacting wealth investment products, identifying opportunities this presents.
  • Developing a strong understanding of cost-to-serve and commercial drivers for each investment product family, contributing to pricing and proposition recommendations.
  • Working with data analytics colleagues to be accountable for MI across all investment products and solutions, building a detailed, data-led understanding of the existing customer base.
  • Owning the end-to-end customer journey and experience across wealth investment products and solutions.
  • Partnering with client-facing operations and second-line teams to review customer journeys and ensure delivery of a best-in‑class client experience, maintaining accurate journey documentation.
  • Conducting annual end-to-end product reviews, target market assessments, and fair value assessments in line with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
  • Ensuring products remain suitable for end investors and continue to deliver good customer outcomes, feeding findings into relevant governance forums and being accountable for follow-up actions.
  • Establishing appropriate product controls, testing their effectiveness, and operating in line with risk management frameworks.
  • Maintaining robust product documentation and governance materials.
What We're Looking For

  • Deep knowledge of investments, investment vehicles, funds, segregated accounts, and current industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of personal banking investor types and the products and services offered by UK wealth managers.
  • Proven experience developing MI dashboards to monitor Consumer Duty outcomes, fair value assessments, and periodic product reviews.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and responsible investing, including relevant regulations such as SDR and SFDR.

  • Experience presenting technical and non-technical information clearly and confidently to senior audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with confidence interpreting data to support recommendations and decision-making.
