Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Performance Analytics professional to support investment performance measurement initiatives. You will collect, verify, and analyze performance data for clients, materials, investment professionals and management.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reports and collaboration, with in-office presence and flexibility in hybrid arrangements. Prior experience in investment management and strong Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Educated in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience in investment management or financial services.
• Strong numerical and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and update performance information such as portfolio and benchmark data.
• Analyze returns using performance system tools to resolve issues.
• Produce and distribute performance measurement and attribution reports.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc performance reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Interpret performance questions from clients, marketing, and management.
• Participate in projects to automate report solutions or other analytics initiatives.
