This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their operations career and join our Middle Office Team within one of the most exciting companies in the investments space. You will play a key role in supporting investment management operations, focusing on unquoted trading, fee oversight, valuation processes & performance analysis. The role requires a detail-oriented & proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the accuracy & integrity of investment data while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders & third-party service providers.
The Middle Office sits within the wider Investment Operations function, which is made up of five core teams: Cash Management, Client Onboarding, Client Account Operations, Settlements & Middle Office. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a hands‑on approach, supporting the continuous improvement of operational efficiency through automation, process enhancement & the use of digital tools.
Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, & data analysis tools).
Professional qualifications such as the IMC, IOC or CF1 or equivalent are highly desirable, or a demonstrated willingness to pursue these within an agreed timeframe.
