A long-term savings and retirement firm based in Telford seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support daily investment operations tasks. This role involves validating prices, processing files, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and strong analytical skills, with a focus on delivering quality work in a team setting.

Location and flexible working: This role will be based in our Telford office, with the Investment Operations teams and we’ll need you to be able to travel to the offices regularly (c.3 days per week). Salary and Benefits: up to £30,000 (subject to experience), bonus, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days and much more.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience within a busy Investment Operations team. You will support the team in delivering daily tasks, working to strict deadlines as determined by the investment markets we deal in. You will be involved in supporting the daily delivery of unit pricing, validating movements and ensuring creations are aligned with expectation. You will support the team in delivering monthly/quarterly tasks that are used by other stakeholders in the business.
You will be an organised and dependable member of the team, able to play a key part in the monitoring of actions and management of risks and controls that we are responsible for.
