We’re now looking for an exceptional Investment Manager to join us at the heart of the business. Sourcing, screening, and securing the very best deals to shape our clients’ portfolios and fuel SWG’s growth.

The Role

As an Investment Manager at SWG, you will:

• Source and secure high-quality deal flow in venture capital and private equity.
• Screen and evaluate companies through financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
• Build relationships with founders, advisors, and the wider ecosystem to open doors to standout opportunities.
• Present to our Investment Committee, creating sharp memos and clear recommendations.
• Negotiate and close fundraising partnerships with selected companies.
• Work hand-in-hand with our investment sales team to ensure flawless execution and delivery.

This isn’t a passive role. It’s for someone who wants to be out in the market, building relationships, finding exceptional companies, and making things happen.
