A leading real estate debt platform in the UK is looking for an ambitious Investment Manager to drive business growth through origination and execution of transactions. You will leverage an established network and monitor market activities while mentoring junior team members. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Investment Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our Real Estate Debt business. This is a senior origination-focused position, requiring a proven ability to generate new lending opportunities and convert them into executed transactions.
You’ll have experience in real estate debt or lending, together with a strong and active network of introducers, borrowers, and advisers. You’ll hit the ground running—delivering new business from day one while helping shape strategy and mentoring junior team members.
This is a chance to step into a front-line origination role within one of the UK’s leading real estate debt platforms. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions across commercial, investment, development, and living sectors and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the growth of our business.
