Macdonald & Company is seeking an Investment Manager to join a growing Manchester-based investment business. The role entails originating investments, building models, and guiding transactions from origination through to asset management.

The successful candidate will oversee financial modelling, investment papers, and negotiations, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to social-impact driven growth in the UK living sector.

Formación

• 5–8 years’ experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, valuations or capital markets.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Prepare and present investment papers to Investment Committees and Boards.

Initially focused on affordable housing, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of investments from origination and financial appraisal through to transaction execution and ongoing asset management.

The role

About you

• £90,000–£100,000 base salary plus up to 50% bonus.
