Performance Measurement & Analytics Specialist

London Hybrid

This role will suit an investment systems and processes leader with a proven track record of implementing complex operational and technology solutions within the financial services industry. A visionary who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will act as a strategic partner to executive business stakeholders. You will be empowered to define and execute the vision for the technology platforms that support Investment Analytic capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both the long-term strategic roadmap and the continuous improvement and operational stability of your portfolio and capability area. (Investment Analytics & Platform Strategy)

Key Platforms

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with leading investment technology platforms:
• BlackRock Aladdin, MSCI RiskManager, Axioma, FactSet, Confluence, SimCorp Dimension, SS&C Advent.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong leadership skills, a clear sense of purpose, and the ability to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Demonstrable experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and a talent for sharing a compelling vision to garner widespread support and engagement.
• Creating a strategic vision but also of managing the practical, step-by-step execution required to achieve it.
• Successfully managed technology-driven business process change in previous roles.
• Implementation of complex operational and technology solutions and are familiar with modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing relationships with external software and data vendors in the financial technology space would be a significant advantage.
• BlackRock Aladdin, MSCI RiskManager, Axioma, FactSet, Confluence, SimCorp Dimension, SS&C Advent.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
