Rathbones in London seeks an Associate Investment Manager to support the Wealth & Investment team, assist in managing client portfolios, and deliver exceptional client service while developing advanced investment knowledge and commercial acumen.

You will build strong relationships, demonstrate a consultative, sales‑oriented approach, identify opportunities, grow the IFA portfolio, and contribute to Rathbones' growth within a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• CISI Level 4 IAD required.
• Experience in financial services, investment, or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to portfolio management and client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing client portfolios and lifecycle processes under supervision.
• Ensures suitability through real-time client engagement and objectives.
• Supports business development, referrals and internal pitch activities.
• Collaborates with Planners, Portfolio Managers and Rathbones services.
