Responsibilities
  • Trade Execution: Execute trades for securities including equities, fixed income, investment trusts, and derivatives.
  • Oversee collective investment scheme dealing activity for internally managed funds.
  • Support model portfolio rebalancing across platforms.
  • Manage broker and counterparty relationships.
  • Optimize trading strategies, monitor transaction costs, and perform due diligence.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure proper setup of products and resolve systems and data issues.
  • Support Portfolio Managers with data requests, analysis, and issue resolution impacting trading strategies.
Product & Qualifications
  • Represent the Investment Implementation team in business initiatives and product launches.
  • Ideal candidates have experience working in asset or wealth management, particularly on dealing desks with various instruments.
  • Knowledge of Collective Investment schemes and Investment Trusts is essential; derivatives knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities is required.
  • Proven initiative in developing tools or processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk is desirable.
