A prominent housing association is seeking an Investment Contract Manager to lead and manage contracts for various projects, including planned maintenance and repairs. Investment Contract Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: £53,888 to £67,360 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Dartford / Agile working
You will lead and be responsible for managing contracts to deliver all project management including planned maintenance, refurbishment, cyclical works, major and minor repair works.
Your first project will be to focus on the building framework with the support of your dedicated Contract Liaison Officer.
Required Experience: Manager-level experience.
