Job summary

Moonfare is seeking an Investment Content & Communications Manager to own the editorial agenda for private markets, delivering investor-facing content from fund theses to research insights. You will lead the content slate, collaborate with Investments, Fund Operations and Investor Relations, and ensure compliance with financial-promotions rules.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years writing and editing investor-facing content with published long-form work.
• Experience in or around financial services — asset management, private markets, wealth management, banking or financial media.
• Working understanding of private equity and private markets.
• Strong research skills—verifies and synthesises from credible sources.
• Versatile across formats: whitepapers, scripts, newsletters, website copy.
• Confident using AI to research and draft, with judgement to own ships.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial agenda and set the forward calendar of theses and formats.
• Produce everything from thought leadership and the Outlook to research reports, newsletters, website copy, scripts.
• Translate opportunities and proprietary research into accurate investor-facing content.
• Own the editorial calendar from brief to publication; build templates for sharper cycles.
• Partner with Investment, Fund teams, Research, Brand and external agencies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance within Moonfare’s house style and financial-promotions rules.
• Utilise AI to accelerate work while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
• Track signals that matter to sharpen the content slate.
