Reports To: Head of Sales

Location: Market Harborough

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80,000 - £120,000)

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven success in high-value B2C or B2B sales (investment or financial services preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of ethical investments, property, or renewables (desirable)
  • Minimum GCSEs or equivalent; higher education or financial certifications a plus
