Job summary

Free-Work is seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of proven BA experience in the Financial Services sector. The role involves working within operations, understanding front-to-back office processes and agency lending.

You will collaborate with Executive stakeholders to prioritise and deliver a programme of strategic and tactical change. Ideally you have Agile/Scrum experience and a track record of delivering IT-enabled changes within a formal governance framework.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven BA experience in Financial Services.
• Experience on projects with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience delivering cross-business change including IT aspects.
• Knowledge of governance and control frameworks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive stakeholders to define, prioritise, plan and deliver strategic and tactical change.
• Plan and manage IT-enabled change across front-to-back office operations.
• Lead small teams to deliver projects within a formal governance framework.
• Collaborate with operations and Glasgow-based teams to ensure delivery.
