Endur Trading Business Analyst – London (Hybrid). Salary up to £85k (dependent on experience).

About the Role

We are supporting a global consulting organisation as they grow their Energy Trading & Risk practice. This opportunity allows you to work on high‑impact projects across power, gas, and environmental products while shaping the optimisation of the Endur trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements across trading, risk and operations.
• Configure Endur and recommend system enhancements.
• Support trading workflow troubleshooting and data integrity.
• Run workshops, support UAT and deliver user training.
• Produce reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to successful delivery of end‑to‑end ETRM projects.

What We're Looking For

• Strong business analysis and project delivery experience.
• Background in energy trading markets (Power, Gas or Environmental products).
• Understanding of trading instruments including forwards, swaps and options.
• End‑to‑end knowledge of one or more areas: trade capture, risk valuation, back office, accounting, EOD.
• Hands‑on Endur experience including configurations and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with ETRM migrations, integrations and technical workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
