As a growing boutique firm, we’re looking for anInvestment Banking Partnerready to lead transactions, manage investor relationships, and guide clients to the finish line.

This is aPartner Revenue Share Modelwith asignificant split on success fees—ideal for seasoned bankers who want to focus on closing deals without the burden of sourcing them. We provide the clients, investor leads, and analyst support. You bring the expertise to get the deal done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Leadership:Own the end-to-end capital raising or M&A process. Your ultimate goal is to secure a successful transaction on behalf of the client.
  • Investor Management:Lead all investor relations—pitching deals, managing communications, collecting feedback, obtaining term sheets, and negotiating terms.
  • Client Advisory:Act as the client’s strategic partner—coordinating between investors, legal, and finance teams on both sides to drive alignment and execution.
  • Marketing Oversight:Supervise analysts and associates in the preparation of:
  • Investor pitch decks and memos
  • Data rooms and due diligence materials
  • Financial models and cap table analysis
  • Deal Strategy:Structure transactions for success and stay ahead of key issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Reporting & Communication:Maintain clear communication with the client throughout the process—providing status updates, market feedback, and strategic direction.

  • Robust Investor Pipeline:Our marketing system generates20–50 investor meetings per client—giving you a strong head start with warm leads.
  • Dedicated Team:Analysts and associates are at your disposal for preparation work, allowing you to focus on high-value activities.
  • Comp Structure:Partner in the firm with a30-50% share of success fees(typically ranging 1%–8% per deal closed).NOT A SALARIED ROLE
  • Growth Path:Starts as part-time. Could expand into a full-time or leadership role as we scale.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of managing capital raises or M&A transactions end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with investors and executive teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Bonus: You bring a supplementary investor network or past transaction relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment—self-starter, resourceful, and action-oriented.
