Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a motivated End-to-End KYC Coordinator to join the Client services team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the full KYC lifecycle, supporting onboarding, recertification, and offboarding of corporate and financial institution clients.

You will act as a key point of contact between the business, clients, and and other key internal stakeholders, helping to ensure KYC processes are efficient, client-focused, and compliant with regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals looking to start a career in financial services operations and compliance.

What You’ll Do
End-to-End Coordination
  • Support the KYC process across onboarding, recertification, and offboarding for a variety of clients.
  • Help identify and elevate any issues or risks that may block KYC progress.
  • Assist teams in Lisbon and India to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service for clients.
Client Relationship Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients during the KYC process.
  • Learn to build positive relationships with strategic clients and internal teams
  • Support a client-focused approach, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Onboarding & Recertification
  • Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support monitoring of KYC workloads to ensure timely completion and zero overdue files
  • Work with internal teams to support KYC Master and extension processes.
