We are seeking an investment associate to join our Deep Decarbonization Frontier Fund, targeting early-stage revolutionary technologies that accelerate the transition to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. The position is great entry point for a career in venture capital and an opportunity to work closely with leading investors and entrepreneurs. The associate will work on a lean investment team and assist in all phases of the investment process. This role is based in London, UK.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Source and screen prospective investments
  • Review business plans
  • Assist in all aspects of due diligence process on potential investments
  • Research market trends and dynamics
  • Develop investment committee memorandums
  • Develop financial models
  • Ongoing portfolio support and administration
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. investment banking, equity research or venture capital)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pref. technical degree)
  • Demonstrated commitment to climate change and the climate tech ecosystem
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious, and detail oriented
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, open-minded and not ego-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
