Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collate and distribute account opening packs and ensure full, accurate completion with all documents.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc information to clients and dispatch reports on timetable.
  • Assist in resolving client queries regarding portfolios or account opening.
  • Make payments for clients and prepare meeting packs with up-to-date data.
  • Prepare Investment Policy Statements accurately recording client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Ensure correspondence is clear, accurate, and tailored to client knowledge.
  • Liaise with external custodians and providers to obtain required information.
  • Carry out ad-hoc administration tasks for the team and support Trainee Investment Managers.

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership, wholly owned by the private banking group LGT, which is in turn owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and distribute account opening packs and ensure that they are fully and accurately completed and that all necessary documentation is provided.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc information and to clients ensuring that documents and reports are accurate, consistent and dispatched to timetable. Monitor the progress and timeliness of account opening and asset/cash transfers to meet our client service standards and keep all relevant internal and external parties informed.
  • Assist in resolving client queries regarding their portfolios or account opening.
  • Making payments for clients
  • Preparing meeting packs for clients ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare Investment Policy Statements ensuring that information around client's objectives, risk profile and financial situation is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Ensuring correspondence and reporting is clear and not misleading, technically accurate and tailored to the client's level of knowledge and understanding
  • Liaise effectively with external custodians and providers to obtain information required for clients.
  • Carry out ad-hoc administration tasks for the team as required.
  • Proficient in the use of all internal and external systems and information feeds.
  • Support for the Trainee Investment Managers on presentations, reports and analysis
Your profile

Key Skills and Technical Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular, Excel but also Outlook and Word.
  • Understanding of front office systems is desirable.
  • Understanding of intermediary and cross border relationships and account opening would be beneficial
  • Willing to work towards professional qualifications in line with the firms internal policies and processes.

  • A knowledge of private equity investments is beneficial
