Job summary

The Investment Analyst at Wellington Management will join one or more product coverage teams within the AMS Product Management group to provide analytical leverage and serve as a contact for internal stakeholders on investment teams and products.

You will perform analyses on portfolio positioning, attribution and risk, monitor market trends, and assist with client materials, RFP responses, workflow automation, and development of client solutions and new investment approaches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in investment topics with strong analytical skills.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience and progress towards CFA or CAIA preferred.
• Ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions.
• Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical leverage to product coverage teams and act as a point of contact for inquiries about investment teams and products under coverage.
• Perform analyses related to portfolio positioning, attribution and risk, market trends, and pricing.
• Create and maintain marketing and client materials, review RFPs, and respond to client questions.
• Automate workflow and collaborate on client solutions and new investment approaches.
