Role: Investment Analyst

Firm: University Endowment Fund

Location: Oxford, UK

We are exclusively mandated on a search for one of the world’s most prestigious university endowment investment funds. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and growing investment team as an Investment Analyst.

The firm manages a multi-billion-pound diversified portfolio on behalf of long-term institutional investors, including universities, colleges, and charitable foundations.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the implementation of the investment strategy, supporting the team through research, portfolio monitoring, and the evaluation of new investment opportunities. The position requires a strong mix of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, together with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years’ experience in finance, investment consulting, or investment management (fund research or manager selection experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, research, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with analytical or AI tools is desirable
  • Degree-educated with a commitment to pursuing the CFA qualification
