As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role on a highly visible team that is responsible for innovating and maintaining Impact Cubed’s industry‑leading solutions in sustainable portfolio construction, risk modelling and performance attribution. You will gain valuable exposure to how these capabilities are driving an impact investment revolution in a fast‑moving market. Lastly, you will work and grow with our team of passionate and experienced investment professionals and data scientists.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of Investment Solutions to create and maintain custom sustainable investment portfolios and indices.

Carry out portfolio sustainability analysis for clients (asset managers, asset owners, wealth managers).

Take responsibility for the creation of portfolio construction and analytical tool using Matlab.

Work in close collaboration with our research team to create innovative sustainable investment products using a wide array of data.

Take part in monitoring and maintaining the integrity of our risk models as well as on‑going improvement projects.

Provide support and help educate our client‑facing teams on the latest investment solutions developments.

Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by becoming the knowledge leader of specific sustainable investment topics.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree: engineering, mathematics or finance‑based degrees preferred.

Master’s Degree preferred.

Strong working knowledge of MATLAB and Python.

Strong analytical problem‑solving skills.

Strong communicator. Able to influence and build trust with our multi‑disciplinary teams within Impact Cubed. Able to communicate the value of analytical tools to an internal audience.

Strong project management skills. Enjoys juggling and leading multiple projects, with a focus on accomplishing tasks. Good at working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative global team environment.

Self‑motivated and enjoys autonomy.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Knowledge of working with data in a financial or climate context.
  • Passionate about making the world a better place.
  • Within easy commute to central London.
  • Some relevant work experience.
