  • Managing the production and delivery of RI and DC investment advice to the relevant boards (DC Product Governance Committee, Investment Committee, Trustee Board or USSIM Board), with a focus on DC and Responsible Investment.
  • Consideration of how Responsible Investment is integrated and embedded within scheme.
  • Ensuring the advice being produced by the team is of the highest quality, clear, unambiguous, written in plain English and in the best financial interests of the scheme, its members and employers.
  • Support effective functioning of the Client Advisory Group.
Delivery
  • Working with the investment desks, Investment Product Management team and Investment Strategy & Advice team to implement investment advice.
  • Assist the DC team with the smooth running of the DC investment product, including oversight and monitoring.
  • Manage the continued development of the DC investment product and team over time to become and maintain market leading status.

  • Maintain IPM policies and framework documentation.
  • Support the creation of accurate, comprehensive, and timely recording and reporting of RI activity to stakeholders.
