Are you detail-oriented with experience in administration? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for an Investment Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of our clients' diverse investment portfolios, working closely with consultants, client relationship managers (CRMs), and technical specialists to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

What You'll Do
  • administer and process non-standard investment transactions and reviews
  • maintain accurate records and data on client investment portfolios
  • support annual investment reviews and due diligence processes
  • liaise with clients, consultants, and CRMs on investment queries and updates
  • assist with investment committee preparation and documentation
  • process investment applications, transfers, and ongoing administration
  • ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • support data management projects and system improvements
What We're Looking For
Experience and requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in administration or financial services operations
  • knowledge of pensions, SIPPs, or investment products (preferred)
  • strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • experience working with investment data and client records
  • understanding of basic regulatory requirements (FCA/HMRC awareness helpful)
