What you’ll be doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and calls
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records and onboarding new clients
  • Preparing clear reports and documentation for meetings
  • Liaising with providers, reviewing files and risk reports
  • Supporting diary management, compliance processes and general business administration
What we’re essentially looking for:
  • Solid experience in financial services (pensions/investments a real advantage)
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills; familiarity with Intelligent Office or Dynamic Planner
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident working independently
