Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage internal investigations into potential misconduct, regulatory breaches or policy violations across the business
  • Gather, review and analyse evidence including documents, data, witness interviews, ensuring investigations are thorough, fair and legally compliant
  • Provide clear, strategic legal advice on complex and sensitive issues
  • Draft investigation reports and prepare briefings or recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and implement remedial actions
  • Develop and maintain policies, training and procedures to promote a culture of integrity and compliance
  • Monitor emerging legal developments relevant to investigations and advise on potential impacts
  • Support crisis response and incident management where necessary
Qualifications
  • A law degree – minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience
  • Experience conducting investigations from start to finish
  • Experience with personnel matters (discrimination, harassment, HR topics) and/or white‑collar crime investigations is particularly valuable
  • Experience drafting policies, frameworks and guidance documents
  • A proven track record of leading investigations of various sizes and complexities
  • Ability to work in teams as well as autonomously
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to drive change following an investigation, including disciplinary actions
  • Excellent communication, written and organisational skills
  • Experience conducting training
