Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment?

Salary: £30,901.65 to £36,354.95
Location: Birmingham or London (hybrid), 3 days in office per week
Closing date: Wednesday 19th November

Join a high-profile Counter Fraud & Investigations team safeguarding public money across a major UK infrastructure programme. This junior role is the engine room of the function, coordinating interviews, maintaining immaculate records, handling the initial intake of cases (including “speak out” reports), and providing data and document support so investigators can focus on the complex work. You’ll gain exposure to live casework, clear processes, and a supportive culture that values integrity, learning and progression.

Essential Requirements
  • ·Proven administrative experience in a busy, confidential environment.
  • ·First-class organisation, prioritisation and time management.
  • ·Meticulous attention to detail across documentation, record-keeping and version control.
  • ·Strong written and verbal communication; calm, professional manner.
  • ·Confident user of MS Office/365, spreadsheets and document management systems.
  • ·Able to coordinate interviews, prepare packs, capture notes and manage evidential files.
  • ·Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
Nice to Have
  • ·Exposure to counter-fraud, ethics, compliance or investigations work.
  • ·Experience within public sector, regulated industries or construction.
  • ·Familiarity with case management tools, whistleblowing/“speak out” services and basic data analysis.
