Position Overview

We are looking for an organised and motivated Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a full‑time, permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support your team, monitoring performance, giving constructive feedback, and sharing team strengths and development needs with management.
  • Confidently oversee stock availability, ensuring we meet demand while working within budget.
  • Use replenishment systems effectively, maintaining accurate forecasts, safety stock and trigger levels, and placing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure colleagues are motivated and supported to reach their full potential.
  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, using your ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results.
