Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency while reducing costs.
• Ensure a safe working environment and report near misses.
• Manage people through training and development.
• Communicate with teams and follow the chain of command.
• Build relationships with other departments for collaboration.
• Oversee activities related to products and services.
• Meet customer orders and secure high-quality materials.
• Complete daily production plans.
• Manage goods in/out area and dry goods stores.
• Ensure all required stocks for orders are in place.
• Assist Technical Team to meet BRCGS Standard requirements.
• Manage chilled and frozen stock intakes and outtakes.
• Maintain clear stock control documentation.
• Audit and manage dry goods and ingredients stocks.
• Ensure traceability and record keeping of stocks.
• Measure skills gap and devise training plans.
• Manage inventory, packing, and distribution.
• Predict demand for products and adopt new technology.
• Implement good stock rotation and eliminate waste.
• Create production plans in line with customer orders.
• Create defrost plans for customer requirements.
