Cencora, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Operative in Derbyshire to maintain stock accuracy and perform regular inventory checks. You will investigate discrepancies, adjust stock records, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met within a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar setting, good IT skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of GDP standards is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory integrity.
• Complete stock counts and inventory audits.
• Process stock adjustments and maintain locations within the WMS.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support customer and client stock-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, MHRA, and Health & Safety requirements.

You'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity, carrying out inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all activities are completed in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.
