Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Officer (Executive) to manage and monitor construction materials, equipment, and stock across our project sites and central store. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the inventory or store department of a real estate or construction company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials at central warehouse and project sites
  • Verify delivery of materials as per purchase orders and project requirements
  • Update inventory system (ERP/manual) regularly to reflect current stock levels
  • Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records
  • Coordinate with the procurement, project, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of materials
  • Maintain proper storage conditions, labeling, and safety compliance in the warehouse
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports, damage/loss reports, and material consumption logs
  • Track material transfers between sites and central warehouse
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and alert the procurement team in advance
