  • Collaborate with Kuiper supply chain, operations, and installation teams to manage inventory forecasts and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Design and manage inventory planning processes with third‑party providers (3PLs), establishing reorder points, safety stock levels, and delivery schedules aligned with Kuiper's installation forecasts and seasonal demand patterns.
  • Direct end‑to‑end inventory operations across multiple distribution centres, focusing on critical satellite equipment and ensuring 3PLs maintain 100% fulfilment rates for customer installations.
  • Lead weekly and monthly S&OP meetings with 3PL and global colleagues to align 13‑week rolling forecasts with actual demand, optimizing stock positioning across the network.
  • Oversee last‑mile logistics network, managing distribution routes and transportation partners between Kuiper and 3PL distribution centres.
  • Establish and track KPIs for effective 3PL management, including inventory turns and delivery performance.
  • Enforce compliance with equipment handling protocols, including storage requirements and adherence to regulatory standards for communications equipment.
  • Build and manage relationships with key 3PL partners, developing improvement roadmaps to enhance service levels.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in inventory storage and handling.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior management on inventory status, stock levels, and logistics metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the logistics network.
