Role Purpose

Hawkstone is one of the fastest growing premium beer and cider brands in the UK, operating across retail, hospitality, direct to consumer and merchandise channels. As the business scales, the volume and complexity of stock movements, inventory records, production inputs and fulfilment activity continue to increase.

The Inventory Co-ordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, controlled and traceable inventory across Hawkstone sites and third-party locations, owning the day-to-day administration and control of stock receipts, movements, reconciliations and inventory records to ensure physical stock and system stock remain aligned.

Working closely with supply chain, logistics, finance, production partners, suppliers and site teams, the Inventory Co-ordinator ensures stock is received, booked, transferred, investigated and closed accurately, with clear reporting and timely escalation of discrepancies, delivery issues and inventory risks.

This role requires a highly organised and detail focused individual, comfortable working across multiple systems and locations, who can follow transactions through from source documentation to final resolution.
