Job summary

ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) is seeking a Stock Controller to join our warehouse operations. You will manage stock takes, audits and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to site KPIs. The role requires process improvement mindset and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You will work the 10-6pm shift, collaborate with Customer Services and Warehouse Leaders, and contribute to cost-effective stock control procedures across our premium-brand client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Ability to prioritise workload and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with 3ex.net/Snap WMS is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capable of working in a growing operational setting.
• Proactive in developing and implementing efficient processes.
• Able to think quickly and plan ahead.
• Able to motivate and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock takes, audits and cycle counts to meet service levels.
• Maintain and improve stock accuracy in line with site KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues.
• Ensure cost-effective activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and customers.
• Attend daily briefings and communicate effectively with the Operations Team.
