STADA UK Natures Aid - Inventory Controller

We are currently searching for an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation’s supply chain.

You will play a key role in monitoring stock movements, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock availability. Working closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams, you will ensure inventory aligns with business needs, customer demands, and company objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • You will ensure the accurate receipt of goods, manage stock locations, and coordinate inbound and outbound transfers with third-party logistics providers.
  • You will maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, liaising with finance and quality teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring timely replenishment of dispatch areas.
  • You will oversee controlled stores, manage non-stock consumables, and support production teams by ensuring materials are issued and returned efficiently.
  • You will coordinate with dispatch and export teams to meet shipment deadlines and ensure stock accuracy for goods awaiting shipment.
  • You will actively participate in daily meetings, department discussions, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
What We Are Looking For
  • You have a valid forklift truck license and experience working in a GDP‑legislated warehouse environment.
  • You bring a solid foundation in English, Math, and Science (Level 2 or equivalent) and a keen eye for detail in inventory management.
  • You are a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • You are organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all aspects of your work.
  • You are a team player who is willing to step in and support colleagues during busy periods or holiday cover.
  • You have previous experience using Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as Microsoft Business Central.
