Job summary

Movianto is seeking an Inventory Controller in Lutterworth to manage inventory data both physically and in the WMS, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. The role is Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £29,159.88 per year.

You will collaborate with Warehouse Team Leaders to resolve queries, handle batch releases, stock status changes and disposals, and keep clients informed with timely NCRs and recalls, driving GMP-compliant processes and

Qualifications

Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
Strong IT skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Work with Warehouse Team Leaders to resolve inventory queries and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure accurate inventory management, handling batch releases, stock status changes, and disposals.
Keep Clients informed by sharing NCRs, following up on requests, and providing updates on batch recalls.
Maintain WMS master data and generate reports to support warehouse efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice.

Lutterworth is looking for an Inventory Controller to join the team! You will be working Monday to Friday,6:00 - 14:00 (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £29,159.88 per annum., To provide effective, pro-active management of Clients inventory both physically and on the WMI system to ensure that the information that both contain is consistent and accurate.
