Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the Castle Donington Distribution Centre is seeking an Inventory Technician to join our Inventory Control & Quality Assurance team on a 12-hour shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. You'll help ensure inventory accuracy and support delivery of online and store replenishment orders.

You will track stock levels in WMS/WCS, record transactions, generate reports, and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimise stock availability and service levels across the

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS and stock management processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Confident communicating with internal teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Regularly track and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Record and maintain inventory data in WMS/WCS.
• Generate reports and identify discrepancies for corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify root causes and improvements.
• Support warehouse teams to meet service levels and stock availability.
