Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Inventory Co-ordinator in Croydon to safeguard stock accuracy from receipt to shipment. The role requires independent work, analytical thinking, and disciplined processes across ERP, POS, and WMS platforms.

You will support three divisions and three systems, manage cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies with a focus on reducing stock loss. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control, cycle counts, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and real-time data accuracy across divisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to log issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Support three divisions across three systems with stock queries and discrepancy resolution.
• Plan and execute cycle counts; document via the WMS. Ensure accurate stock movements.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports, investigating discrepancies and negative positions.
