Job summary

Morson Edge is supporting a major energy-sector project in Somerset, recruiting for Inventory & Asset Quarantine Controllers on a full-time contract inside IR35. The role focuses on data accuracy across end-to-end material management, coordinating with project managers, procurement, and warehousing.

Responsibilities include identifying quarantined assets, maintaining digital holds, and providing timely data responses.

Qualifications

• Data accuracy is essential for end-to-end material management.
• Experience with data sources, data organisation and storage is preferred.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Power BI are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data in project tools.
• Identify quarantined assets, place them in digital hold and align with delivery paperwork.
• Provide data responses to requests across Construction and Quality teams regarding asset status and reconciliation.
• Review project reports (Power BI) to ensure timely alignment of assets and materials.
• Support warehouse and site teams with inventory reconciliation.
