Job summary

Mwiah is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our Leeds warehouse team. The role blends hands-on stock checks with office-based inventory administration and reporting responsibilities.

You will carry out counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records using Excel. The job requires warehouse experience and good communication across teams, with a shift pattern from 16:00 to 22:00, approximately 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to produce reports.
• Good organisational and communication skills for cross-team work.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments preferred.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stock counts, audits and inventory checks.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Produce and update reports using Excel.
• Support inventory administration and operational processes.
• Work with warehouse and office teams to resolve queries.
• Handle ad hoc requests and tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
