With an ever-growing portfolio of clients and projects across the country, we’re now looking to expand our site-based team with a motivated and reliable Invasive Plant Technician.
Successful candidates will be well presented, have a strong work ethic and work well within a team.

This is a hands‑on, varied, and physically active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, travelling, being part of a close‑knit team, and wants to build a long‑term career in an environmental or construction‑related field. You’ll be involved in a wide range of site activities, supporting both herbicide treatment and mechanical remediation projects.
No two days are the same—you’ll work across a wide range of sites across the UK, from national parks and major development sites to private estates and heritage locations (we’ve even worked on celebrity homes!). Occasionally we work in sensitive wildlife areas, with badgers, great crested newts and aquatic species.
We’re seeking a hard‑working, dependable and professional team player who is ready to develop their skills and progress in a growing business. Ideally, the candidate will already have experience within our industry but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
