Intervention Tutor - Oldham

Prospero Teaching works closely with Local Councils and Schools across the UK, and we currently have a strong need for experienced one-to-one Intervention Tutors in Oldham.

As an Intervention Tutor, you’ll create, plan and deliver personalised 1:1 sessions for each student. Your role is to support their re‑integration into education, offering tailored tuition that replaces school during this period. Every young person receives a set number of hours, and Prospero will support you throughout by checking progress and requesting weekly reports.

• Location: Oldham
• Position: Intervention Tutor

• Duration: Until a School placement is secured
• Contract type: Temporary
• Hours: 6-30 hours P/W
• Rate of pay: GBP25 P/H via Umbrella Company

Your Role:

• Create and adapt individual lesson plans that target specific learning needs.
