Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting an Intervention Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a welcoming primary school in Northumberland. The position starts in September and focuses on delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions to help pupils build confidence and reach their learning goals.

You will work with pupils individually and in small groups, monitor progress, and provide feedback to teaching staff while supporting children to overcome barriers to learning and stay engaged in
