SRLV is inviting undergraduates to join its year-long paid Intern Placement Programme in London. You’ll gain hands-on experience across clients and business areas while learning from partners and senior staff from day one.
You'll rotate through Music & Entertainment or Corporate teams, performing day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and VAT work, under guidance designed to accelerate your development and career path.
SRLV is a mid-tier firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists and corporate and private client advisors based in London's vibrant West End. Founded in 1988, we have evolved into a £30m+ turnover business with 21 partners and 240+ staff supporting an enviable roster of A-list corporate and private clients worldwide.
From premium restaurants, prime property and international groups to well-known names in music, entertainment and sport, our clients are inspiringly diverse and exciting to work for. Their varied interests mean our teams often work together for different clients across the business. This gives our people the freedom to work both individually and as one multi-specialist client team so we're always learning, from intern right through to partner.
Working across four divisions, many of our team began their careers here, thriving on the culture, rewarding client work, and the opportunities to personalise their own career path. Founded on the principles of a family business, people are the beating heart of our business. Relationships of trust, whether with our staff, clients or professional network are the bedrock of what we do; people and relationships come first. We see everyone as individuals and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported and free to be themselves.
Our year long paid Intern Placement Programme gives ambitious undergraduates the chance to experience real accountancy work in a way that simply isn't possible through study alone. You'll be welcomed into a supportive, close knit team and encouraged to learn as you go, asking questions, building confidence and getting involved from day one.
Throughout your placement, you'll gain practical, hands on experience across a variety of clients and business areas. You'll develop technical knowledge, core business skills and a genuine insight into how a mid tier London firm operates behind the scenes. It's engaging, varied and fast paced, but always with the guidance of people who want you to succeed.
By the end of your placement, you'll leave with experience that will set you apart, whether you choose to pursue a career in accountancy or take your skills into any other area of business.
We're looking for candidates who are motivate, hard-working and creative. You'll need to be a true team player, with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage high volume workloads and meet tight deadlines. You will be proactive, ambitious and, most of all, care about the work we do and the clients we support as much as we do.
In order to apply, you will:

Our interns gain incredible hands on experience from day one, working closely with partners and senior staff in an environment where questions are encouraged, ideas are valued and no two days feel the same.
You'll work with a wide variety of clients and get involved in many areas of their businesses, from bookkeeping and tour reconciliations to monitoring bank payments and providing high level administrative support. It's a chance to build real technical knowledge, broaden your understanding of accountancy and see how a fast growing mid tier firm operates behind the scenes.
Although our client base rivals that of much larger firms, we've kept the close knit, family feel that makes SRLV unique. We understand that university life, exams and personal commitments can all shift and change, so we take a flexible, people first approach. Our focus is on getting to know you, supporting your development and helping you explore where you might want to take your career next.
