International Tax Assistant Manager - Birmingham

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams and colleagues.
• Collaboratively solve complex tax issues with creativity and strategic insight.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified tax professional (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA, or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience, including candidates qualified abroad.
• Proven advisory experience with UK and international corporate tax clients.
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including the ability to review tax computations, tax accounting, and group reporting for accuracy, completeness, and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Solid accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret statutory accounts.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders internally and externally, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships within large teams.
• Business development experience through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities.
• Broad understanding of UK and global business issues, with confidence discussing these matters with clients.
