You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic tax guidance on new commercial initiatives, handle day-to-day tax matters, and translate complex tax issues into clear advice for non-tax colleagues.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in international tax advisory within a practice firm or in-house.
• Willingness to work in London 3/4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic tax guidance throughout the development and implementation of new commercial initiatives, while supporting day-to-day tax-related matters.
• Deliver technical corporate tax expertise across key projects, evaluating implications, identifying risks, and recommending practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex tax legislation and technical issues into clear, accessible advice that enables informed decision-making by colleagues without a tax background.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote adherence to the organisation's European operating model and ensure tax considerations are embedded in business activities.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, assessing their potential impact on the business and advising on appropriate responses to emerging tax requirements.
• Coordinate with external advisers and tax authorities where required, supporting ongoing compliance, technical discussions, and the resolution of tax-related matters.

Requirements

This is a full-time role based in Central London 3 days per week, paying up to £100,000 + bonus.
